Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for facilitating internal and external flow of communication through effective receiving of patients and guests, documentation, reporting and processing of requests for appointment
• Responsible in inquiry handling, appointment scheduling and confirmation and concierge services

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree at Any Related Field
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in MS Office, high attention to details and has good oral and written communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or equivalent
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

HR Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits
Attendance Management:
• Timekeeping
• Summarizes leaves, overtime, undertime, tardiness and AWOL on a monthly period for payroll computation Submits monthly and annual leave report
• Releases announcement of Employees with Perfect Attendance on a monthly period and issues corresponding token/reward
• Issues corresponding disciplinary action memo for employees with excessive tardiness
Government Mandated Benefits:
• Processes enrollment of new employees to SSS, Philhealth, BIR, Pag-Ibig
• Assists employees in processing of various claims and loans
• Answers queries of employees pertaining to government mandated benefits
Health & Wellness:
• Assists in Health and Wellness program for the employees
• Provide assistance for requirements needed in annual physical exam
Employee Relations
Events:
• Provides pro-active support in organizing company events: Venue, Meals, Logistic needs and coordination with employees and suppliers
Employee Discipline:
• Ensures that employee adheres to company policies at all times

 

Sourcing and Recruitment

• Assists in the end-to-end process of recruitment including but not limited to scheduling of interviews, providing status updates, reminders and/or follow-ups with the applicant, ensuring that all necessary HR forms are completed by the applicant and providing timely feedback to the HR team regarding applicant status
• Assists on recruitment activities such as ad placement, job fairs, etc.
• Monitors the Manpower Requisition Form and updates the file of HR regarding any un-submitted form
• Conducts Character Reference Check for shortlisted candidate prior to job offer
Training
• Ensures that Training Forms are submitted on time and properly filed
• Assists in sourcing of training providers for external trainings; coordinates payment terms and other requirements for the participants
• Assists in preparation of venue and logistic needs, monitors training attendance and prepares certificates for internal trainings
• Updates training monitoring file of HR
• Assists Interns, Observers and Fellows as need arises

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management or other related course
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in MS Office, high attention to details and has good oral and written communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or equivalent

Inventory Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Encodes records of purchases of supplies; maintains database, performs physical count of inventory and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
• Performs and verifies clerical duties against physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation or count, or investigates and reports reasons for discrepancies

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in MS Office, high attention to details and has good oral and written communication skills
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent

IT Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing of back up data and devices
• Head of service for medical devices
• Provide the day to day technical support to the end users
• Daily monitoring of server devices and activities
• teach and train future technicians and service personnel

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Science and Technology or equivalent
• At least 1 yr experience specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
• Knowledgeable in the software and hardware troubleshooting
• Preferred knowledge on Server Management, Domino, Internet applications/connections and other desktop software
• With knowledge in LAN/WAN and other security devices
• With good time management and programming skills
