Quality Assurance Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as document controller to ensure proper and on-time issuance, distribution, control and disposition of controlled documents
• Ensure that documents and records master list are updated and distributed to process owners whenever there are changes or revisions
• Regular monitoring of compliance of 5S; ensuring cleanliness, orderliness and health and safety within the workplace

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Human Resource Management or any related course
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field; Has good documentation practices or experienced document controller, knowledgeable of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 is an advantage
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in MS Office, high attention to details and has good oral and written communication skills

Research Associate

Job Responsibilities:

• Under the direction of an Ophthalmologist, the research coordinator facilitates conducting clinical research trials
• Performs other tasks maybe assigned from time to time, receive and check for completeness of clinical trial documents submitted for review
• Data collection, data entry and chart request/return for monthly surgical monitoring report

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any Health Science course
• At least 1 year of working experience in handling clinical trials or ethics committee
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in MS Office, high attention to details and has good oral and written communication skills
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Surgical Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring patient safety by communicating to them their preparation needs before the surgery as well as satisfy every clinical need by conducting preoperative evaluation, documentation and scheduling
• Responsible for ensuring patients are accurately informed about charges or fees for surgeries; and that that all concerned departments are informed of surgery schedules and quoted fees prior to the surgery
• Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

 

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business, Nursing, Hotel and Restaurant Management and other related course
• At least 1 year experience in sales, customer service work or administrative work, preferably in a health care setting
• Required skill(s): Knowledgeable in MS Office, high attention to details and has good oral and written communication skills
