Adjust your monitor height so that the top of the screen is at or slightly below eye level. With this, you’ll feel more comfortable viewing the middle of your screen.

Make sure to also position your monitor at about an arm’s length distance from your eyes and to maintain proper posture.

 

 

 

 

3. Work in a well-lit area and adjust your screen brightness levels.

Make sure to work in a well-lit area to prevent eye strain. Just remember that very bright lighting can also cause glare and eye discomfort. If you need an extra source of light when reading or writing, an adjustable desk lamp may be an option.
